Shipping Policy:
I will always try to make shipping as quick and as cheap as possible while still protecting the handmade products so that they arrive to your door safely. I understand that for some of our products, the price of shipping may seem a little heavy but please know that we go by USPS standards of price by weight and size of the package. Some products may need a little more cushion than others, creating a little heavier shipping price. We will always try to keep our products and shipping affordable for you. With that being said, please note that processing time for any order is between 2 and 3 weeks at the moment, depending on the order. Creating every product by hand, all by myself, is so rewarding but it is also time consuming. Please be patient and note that although processing time can be up to three weeks, it doesn't mean that it will always take that long. I strive to get product out as soon as possible. Sometimes that even means next day shipping if I have something pre-made, all ready to go!
Return & Exchange Policy:
If you are ever dissatisfied with any of the products, you are more than welcome to ship it back to us at your own cost. As explained on the Terms and Conditions page, all of our products are completely hand made by myself, therefore, it is inevitable that every once in a while, a product may have a flaw or two. If this bothers you, you can ship your product back and you will be provided with a new one. If you're completely dissatisfied or have changed your mind about a product once it arrives on your door step, you can ship it back and exchange it for something else in the shop, or for store credit to use in the future. At this point in time, I'm not offering refunds since the products take a large amount of time and effort to create. (Custom orders do not apply to this policy- please see the custom order information under the Terms and Conditions tab) Thank you for understanding!
